 Dear Manager or Owner,

            The Merion Golf Merwood Athletic Association, a non-profit organization, is preparing for its 41 season. We are a league that stresses the Fundamentals in the games of Baseball, Softball and Tee ball.  All of our games will be played at Paddock Park and Merwood Park, both of which are located in Havertown. Your generous Support enables us to provide shirts, hats, and equipment for roughly 650 neighborhood children, without burdening our families.

            Our Sponsorship amount is $200.00 for one team: $300.00 for two teams and $475.00 for three teams. In return for each sponsored team you will receive a plaque with your team picture and each team member’s shirt printed with your company name and/or logo with telephone number. Additionally, your company name will be added to any of our programs that are used during the year. New this year we have developed our website and your name with links to your company will be add to our website www.mgmaa.org.  

As a sponsor, you are invited to participate in our Opening Day ceremonies on March 29, 2008 @10:00 am. If sponsoring a team is not in this year’s budget, for $100.00 you will receive everything except for your name on a team’s shirt and a team plaque.   

            Please remit your Sponsorship with a copy of your business card or logo, by February 15, 2008 to MGMAA, P.O. Box 836, Havertown, PA 19083.
